Job summary

Mycronic is seeking a Manufacturing Technician III in Massachusetts to operate production equipment and assemble products. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers on electro‑mechanical, optical and robotic projects.

The role requires 5+ years of manufacturing experience, ability to read blueprints and schematics, precision soldering, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing experience with assembly, wiring, and test.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Precision soldering experience; certification preferred.
• Able to complete complex assemblies and ensure component interaction.
• Proficient with measuring tools: DMM, micrometers, calipers.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints or diagrams to meet specs.
• Maintain records of production and report issues.
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment setups.
• Conduct testing of production output.
• May train and mentor new technicians.
