Job summary

Boston Scientific in Minnesota is seeking a manufacturing assembler to build and test products by following established procedures. You’ll work with engineers on process improvements, set up and operate manufacturing machines, and read English instructions to produce defect-free medical devices.

The role is onsite, 1st shift 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, five days per week, and requires a high school diploma plus at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with willingness to train others and comply with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and understand English work instructions.
• Ability to work with small parts for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, inspect and test products following instructions.
• Work with engineers on process modifications and improvements.
• Set up and operate manufacturing machines per written instructions.
• Clean tools and equipment according to procedures.
• Record information on approved documents.
• Dispose hazardous waste material properly.
• Resolve problems and make routine recommendations.
• Train other employees when necessary.
• Maintain certifications to stay in compliance.
• Work overtime as required.
• Sit and/or stand for extended periods.
