Job summary
Boston Scientific in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a manufacturing technician to support production of parts, subassemblies and final assemblies. You will work with engineers on setup, calibration and quality testing, and help modify manufacturing processes as needed.
The role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure line performance and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with an AA degree or the equivalent.
- Experience with process improvement and working with engineers.
- Robotics/Automation equipment support experience.
- Electrical test background with test equipment.
- Experience with laser setup and maintenance.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Ability to perform calibration, maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Observe and comply with safety rules and ISO standards.
- Participate in MRB decisions.
- Perform routine and complex equipment setup.
- Own corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance tasks.
- Evaluate and order necessary equipment and fixtures.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers on process improvements.
- Assist in project execution.
