Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an AOI Operator I for electronics manufacturing in Seymour. You will operate AOI equipment to identify soldering and component anomalies on PCBA boards, set up inspection recipes, and load boards for production.

You will log defects in the MES (Aegis MIS), support first-pass yield improvements, and assist with training junior AOI operators. All work must follow safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and SDS procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IPC-A-610 certification or ability to obtain.
• Component identification training completed.

Responsibilities

• Operate AOI equipment to inspect PCBA assemblies.
• Load, run, and monitor production boards per schedule.
• Record defects and dispositions in MES / Aegis MIS.
• Troubleshoot basic inspection issues and adjust programs.
• Mentor new AOI operators and support safety procedures.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and SDS guidelines.
