Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Team Member to perform assembly and inspection per written procedures, ensuring production and quality requirements are met across multiple processes.

The role supports a 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am) with a $21.81–$32.00 hourly pay plus a 22% shift differential, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company matching.

The primary purpose of the Senior Manufacturing Team Member is to perform a variety of assembly and inspection operations following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements over a range of products and processes.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Understands assigned tasks and how they relate to others in their team. Works under minimal Supervision.
• Understands overall production flow within their department.
• Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or product for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes required documentation.
• May provide direction, training, and assistance to others within the manufacturing area.
• May package product for shipment.
• Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotation, and classroom instruction.
• Performs other functions as required.

Education & Experience

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: A minimum of 4 years related work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Special Skills: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Effective communication skills. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices required. Proficient in production operations over a wide range of products and processes.

This is a 2nd shift position with the hours of 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday through Thursday.

Salary range for this position is $21.81 - $32.00 per hour plus a 22% shift differential.
