Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Team Member responsible for assembling and inspecting products in a regulated environment. Tasks include setting up equipment, following process specifications, and ensuring quality across a broad range of products.

The role requires reading and following detailed instructions in English, strong communication, and familiarity with microscopes and precision measurement tools. Shift is 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am, Mon–Thu) with a 22% differential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 4 years in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up equipment for assembly/inspection per process specification.
  • Assemble components and operate manual and automated equipment.
  • Visually and/or dimensionally inspect parts using microscopes and measuring devices; escalate quality non-conformances.
  • Complete required documentation; may train others in the area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

The primary purpose of the Senior Manufacturing Team Member is to perform a variety of assembly and inspection operations following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements over a range of products and processes.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
  • Understands assigned tasks and how they relate to others in their team. Works under minimal Supervision.
  • Understands overall production flow within their department.
  • Assembles component parts as per print. Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.
  • Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts with the aid of a microscope and/or product for conformance to specifications. Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
  • Completes required documentation.
  • May provide direction, training, and assistance to others within the manufacturing area.
  • May package product for shipment.
  • Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotation, and classroom instruction.
  • Performs other functions as required.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 4 years related work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

Special Skills: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Effective communication skills. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices required. Proficient in production operations over a wide range of products and processes.

  • This is a 2nd shift position with the hours of 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday through Thursday
  • Salary range for this position is $21.81 - $32.00 per hour plus a 22% shift differential
