Integer Holdings is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Team Member responsible for assembling and inspecting products in a regulated environment. Tasks include setting up equipment, following process specifications, and ensuring quality across a broad range of products.
The role requires reading and following detailed instructions in English, strong communication, and familiarity with microscopes and precision measurement tools. Shift is 2nd shift (4:00pm–2:30am, Mon–Thu) with a 22% differential.

The primary purpose of the Senior Manufacturing Team Member is to perform a variety of assembly and inspection operations following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements over a range of products and processes.
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: A minimum of 4 years related work experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
Special Skills: Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions. Effective communication skills. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices required. Proficient in production operations over a wide range of products and processes.
