Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Systems Engineer with manufacturing expertise for an on-site role in Poulsbo, WA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions, ensure quality control, and support low-rate production and sustainment programs.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience in mechanical, test, electrical, or systems engineering, and experience creating or reviewing mechanical drawings. DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Mechanical Engineering and at least one of Test Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience creating and reviewing mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate operational performance.
• Develop concepts that deliver value to customers.
• Support integration and testing to ensure success.
• Prepare and present data to propose changes to testing equipment or procedures.
• Work with design engineering teams to identify and implement hardware enhancements.
• Provide guidance and training to technicians.
• Monitor yields and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in program meetings to report yield performance and CAPAs.
• Communicate effectively across teams to foster a high-performance environment.
