The Raytheon Full Service Partnering Center (FSPC) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in manufacturing to support a variety of critical programs onsite in Poulsbo, WA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment within the Naval Power Strategic Business Unit, engaging with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions, ensure quality control, and support low-rate initial production and sustainment activities. In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including material program managers, manufacturing teams, engineers, and mission assurance/quality teams. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
