A leading aerospace and defense company in Chandler, AZ is searching for a Sr Principal Manufacturing Systems Engineer to evaluate and ensure the production readiness of manufacturing systems. This role requires a Bachelor's in a STEM discipline along with extensive engineering experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project costs, conducting assessments, and collaborating across teams to improve manufacturing processes. A DoD Secret security clearance is necessary, and the position is fully onsite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related engineering experience, or 10+ years with a Master’s.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Experience with audits and presenting results to senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Manufacturing Readiness Assessments to evaluate production readiness.
• Develop MRA plans and schedules for comprehensive evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure manufacturability and production maturity.
