Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem, OR is seeking a Senior Staff Manufacturing Systems Engineer to lead the design and integration of scalable manufacturing systems, spanning MES, ERP interfaces, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, drive NPI readiness, and partner with operations and quality to improve throughput, traceability, and data-driven decision making on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across hardware, software, and operations.
• Expert understanding of MES, PLM, ERP, SCADA, and automation controls.
• Hands-on ERP/MES experience in production (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership; on-site presence required.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain end-to-end Manufacturing Systems Architecture.
• Lead cross-functional integration of subsystems into manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure readiness for NPI and ramp production with high first-pass yield.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-department standards.
• Drive digital manufacturing tools and data analytics.
