Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead the Master Production Schedule in our Salem robotics manufacturing facility. This role develops and maintains the body of work orders that drive production and assembly activities, collaborating with planning staff, production coordinators, manufacturing engineers, purchasing, and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
• 4+ years in production scheduling in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing.
• Proven ability to use ERP/MRP systems and perform material planning.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Preferred: APICS CPIM, CSCP or similar certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in our ERP system.
• Optimize schedules based on material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Track attainment and change requests; identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Schedule meetings and provide visibility to staff relying on production data.
• Create non-standard work orders for material transformations or rework.
