Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. You will manage staff, equipment, and processes while aligning with production goals and customer requirements.

The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Lean manufacturing. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional long shifts; flexibility essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and develop employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns.
• Promote teamwork, employee engagement, safety, environmental compliance, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate production schedules, prioritize work, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure product quality and efficient workflow between operations.
• Manage equipment and tooling to maximize productivity and reliability.
• Monitor key metrics including yield, rework, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, inventory, and operating costs.
• Participate in audits and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enforce company policies.
