Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a production supervisor to lead a crew in a fast-paced outdoor manufacturing environment. You will direct a team of 10+ workers, ensure safety, and manage daily production hours while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication with crew, and the ability to read prints and verify components for shelters. Prior vocational training is beneficial; electrician certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew on safety, quality, and production hours.
• Training in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience.
• Electrical certification is preferred but not required.
• Associate's degree a plus, but not required.
• Must work efficiently without supervision.
• Must pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct a crew of 10+ to complete daily jobs within quoted hours.
• Ensure safety by wearing PPE and reporting unsafe acts immediately.
• Read and understand prints and verify equipment, parts, and tools for each shelter.
• Educate and train crew on quoted hours and maintain equipment and safety compliance.
• Monitor quality, conduct inspections, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Follow department policies and perform overtime as needed.
