Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Superintendent for our xPL Offsite Manufacturing Facility in Decatur, AL. The role demands strong leadership, safety stewardship, and proven ability to manage manufacturing-related trades and production activities.

You will develop job hazard analyses, plan daily tasks, supervise forepersons, and ensure schedules align with project goals. Travel and collaboration with owners and engineers are likely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years as Superintendent or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing means, methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement jobsite safety program with EH&S to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop Job Hazard Analyses with Forepersons to enable daily pre-task planning.
• Schedule and coordinate trades and production activities to meet project timelines.
• Monitor quantities and progress, adjust staffing and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Manage hiring and termination decisions for Trade labor and coordinate with site managers.
• Provide leadership to forepersons and mentor staff for development.
