This role focuses on leading production teams, improving safety and productivity, and mentoring staff. At the conclusion of the program, successful participants may be considered for full-time

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• Intermediate level of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of multiple production teams, including team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members, set expectations, and clarify responsibilities.
• Coach and mentor team members and identify training needs.
• Develop and implement training plans.
