Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM required.
• Postgraduate degree may be required for select roles.
• Typically 7+ years of senior engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovation-to-Concept Programs from opportunity identification through gate reviews and executive approval.
• Develop next-generation steering, braking, drivetrain and mechatronic concepts delivering customer value.
• Shape system architectures, interfaces, and proof-of-concept strategies for future products.
• Translate market needs into measurable product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive data-driven decisions through feasibility studies, risk assessments and trade analyses.
• Validate concepts via benchmarking, testing, and simulations to guide engineering recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure scope, schedule, and deliverables are achieved.
