Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• 7+ years of senior or lead systems engineering or related experience.
• Experience leading innovation-to-concept programs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with requirements management using Polarion, DOORS, Jama is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovation-to-Concept (I2C) programs from opportunity through approval.
• Develop next-generation steering, braking, drivetrain and mechatronic concepts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define system architectures and product requirements from market needs.
• Drive data-driven decisions with analyses, benchmarking, and risk assessments.
• Benchmark, research, and support IP development and regulatory considerations.
• Validate concepts through testing strategies and data-driven insights.
