GEOTEK is seeking a Shift Superintendent to act as the Senior Operations Leader on assigned shifts. The role ensures Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-time Delivery, leading three manufacturing departments and coordinating with Production Supervisors, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, HR, and Supply Chain.

The position reports to the Director of Manufacturing and requires strong floor presence, problem-solving, and a hands-on leadership approach to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing with a track record of safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing leadership roles, supervising multiple departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with floor presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct operations on assigned shift, serving as primary decision-maker for production issues.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery across 6–10 supervisors.
• Coordinate labor and resources, manage escalation, and report performance to leadership.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet objectives.
