Job summary

GEOTEK LLC seeks a Shift Superintendent to lead operations during assigned shifts, ensuring Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery. You will direct 6–10 Production Supervisors across PULT, PUPI, and FW, coordinate resources, and maintain floor presence while aligning with GEOTEK priorities.

You will collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Supply Chain to meet business goals, report performance, and drive continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment delivering Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience; multi-departmental leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production flow, and problem-solving.
• Ability to lead and hold teams accountable without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to make sound decisions independently in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
• Proficient with ERP transactions, KPI tracking, reporting, and email/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary decision-maker for operational issues during shifts and escalate critical issues.
• Provide leadership for 6–10 Production Supervisors across multiple lines.
• Drive shift performance in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and On-Time Delivery per standards.
• Establish shift priorities based on production schedules and commitments.
• Coordinate labor and resources to support changing production needs.
• Ensure work is executed in proper sequence per standards.
• Lead escalation and containment during disruptions.
• Report production performance, risks, and recovery plans to Leadership.
• Support HR matters with Supervisors and HR department.
