Job summary
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Reliability Manager at the Neenah (Cold Spring Facility) site to provide maintenance and reliability strategic leadership. The role focuses on driving a breakthrough performance in asset reliability, improving safety, quality, and OEE while reducing maintenance costs to world-class levels.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and partner with KCNA Reliability, Central Stores, and Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or relevant science.
- 10+ years of manufacturing related experience.
- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
- Lead multi-functional teams and foster proactive environments.
- Experience with Lean/c continuous improvement and diverse plants.
Responsibilities
- Lead the plant Stores and Reliability team, including performance management and resource sharing.
- Develop and execute the site reliability strategy and transformation plan.
- Drive safety, quality, OEE improvements and world-class maintenance cost reductions.
- Ensure reliability tools and standards are implemented consistently across the site.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve site objectives and invest in reliability technology.
