Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager in Seattle, WA to lead QC and QA across manufacturing facilities, driving ISO 9001:2015 compliance and process improvements. The role focuses on coaching, audits, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration to align with business goals.

You will develop QA plans, lead corrective actions, and mentor teams nationwide in Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems, while maintaining documentation and supporting enterprise safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (construction management, engineering, computer science, math, statistics, or similar quantitative field).
• Advanced Degree preferred (construction management, engineering, computer science, math, statistics, or similar quantitative field).
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing and/or construction services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QC/QA efforts within manufacturing facilities to meet annual goals.
• Develop the annual Quality Assurance Plan and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coach and train across facilities to support QA/QC objectives and ISO 9001:2015.
• Set priorities for the program and review progress regularly.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and CAPA tracking.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management System processes and documents.
• Coordinate with enterprise teams on safety and quality initiatives.
• Provide training across regions on Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001:2015.
