Job summary

McKinstry is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Manager in Seattle, WA to lead QC/QA across our Offsite Manufacturing facilities. You will drive annual QA goals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and advance quality programs aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and McKinstry standards.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing/construction QA, strong leadership, and proficiency with industry software and process improvement methods. A competitive compensation package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum ten years in manufacturing and/or construction services.
• Minimum eight years QA/QC experience with project quality control manager experience.
• PMI certification, LEAN, Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2015 knowledge are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC/QA efforts within manufacturing facilities to meet annual goals.
• Develop and monitor QA Plans and ensure alignment with business lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage CAPA processes.
• Maintain quality systems and provide training across regions.
