Job summary

Holtec International in Orrville, OH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the successful execution of complex manufacturing projects. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, while developing project management capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in manufacturing project leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline).
• 6+ years' experience managing projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive work style.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce accurate documentation and follow processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical manufacturing setting.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities related to manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Establish and standardize project management processes, tools, metrics, and best practices.
• Serve as a senior leader on complex, high-visibility projects across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers to plan, execute, forecast, prioritize, and assess project work.
• Track and approve subcontractor deliverables and manage change orders and contracts.
• Develop procedures and supporting documentation for key initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in schedule, cost, and quality performance.
