Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing with project engineering, costing, or program management responsibilities.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with cost estimating, routings, bills of material, and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects and programs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate communication across design engineering, procurement, quality, planning, and production.
• Monitor project progress and drive actions to meet cost, delivery, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate vendors and suppliers to meet specifications.
• Serve as a customer contact for quotations, cost reviews, and contract questions.
