Holtec in Orrville, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee all manufacturing and production activities at the Orrvilon facility. You will lead production schedules, supervise staff, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 7am–4:00pm with Saturdays as needed, and requires strong coordination with internal teams and suppliers to optimize cost and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Intermediate level of blueprint reading and machine capability.
• Must be computer literate and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to interface well with management and associates and to work in and develop a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety, quality and on-time delivery of products while monitoring budgeted hours.
• Set/Approve the production schedule from month-to-month to meet milestones.
• Follow shop KPI’s and strive to improve efficiency in operations.
• Coordinate and communicate workflow between manufacturing organizations and vendors.
• Manage all phases of production and supervise production staff and teams.
• Ensure quality and quantity of daily production requirements.
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Maintain safety policies and monitor cost reduction initiatives.
• Measure performance and report progress to internal interfaces.
