The role requires 7+ years of project management and manufacturing experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing business projects from concept to implementation.
• Minimum 7 years of business experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and management of projects essential to asset optimization across Manufacturing Operations.
• Oversee automation projects and strategic initiatives including facility moves and process enhancements.
• Analyze data to support the multi-year roadmap and operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage milestones and deliverables.
• Develop reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
