Job summary

Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Manufacturing Project Engineering Manager to lead a team of PMs overseeing the development and production of weapon systems and satellite electronics.

You will standardize execution, drive Lean/Six-Sigma improvements, and coordinate across functions to meet milestones, while communicating status and mitigation plans to operations and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8+ years in manufacturing.
• 8+ years in project management or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers overseeing development and production of weapon systems, ground-support equipment, and satellite electronics.
• Standardize manufacturing project execution and align schedules with milestones.
• Resolve manufacturing and test issues via cross-functional coordination and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean/Six-Sigma and track KPIs.
• Serve as liaison for internal operations and program teams with status briefings and mitigation plans.
