Qualifications

• College/University degree in STEM or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with manufacturing layout optimization and plant workflows preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and interpret specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, safety, and production to deliver manufacturing solutions.
• Drive clear communication of requirements, updates, and process changes to stakeholders.
• Champion safety by identifying risks and supporting corrective actions.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement production solutions, tooling, and workstation layouts.
• Use data and simulation tools to evaluate changes and support decisions.
• Lead root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions for production issues.
• Develop standardized work instructions and documentation for long-term reliability.
