Geoquest USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee product production processes and staff at our on-site facility. You will ensure safety, stay within budgets and deadlines, manage supplies, and drive productivity while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record training employees on safety and production. 100% on-site operations and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years: Supervisory role in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven record in training employees about safety and production.
• Strong working knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and health standards are met to maintain accident-free environment.
• Keep production processes within budgets and deadlines.
• Ensure proper supply of materials.
• Supervise production staff; provide guidance, training, and motivation.
• Monitor schedules and workflow to meet goals.
• Communicate with upper management about issues affecting production.
• Evaluate machine resources to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records for management.
• Balance productivity with cost control.
• Set productivity goals for each team.
• Implement continuous improvement policies.
