Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience training employees on safety and production.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Able to coach and motivate staff.
• Flexible hours and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient with production processes and machinery.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety/health standards to maintain accident-free environment.
• Keep production within budgets and deadlines.
• Maintain proper materials supply.
• Supervise production staff with guidance, training, and motivation to achieve high performance.
• Monitor schedules/workflow to meet production goals.
• Communicate issues to upper management regarding production problems.
• Evaluate machine resources to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed production records and reports for management.
• Balance productivity with cost efficiency in manufacturing operations.
• Set productivity goals for each manufacturing team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and workflows to enhance productivity and safety.
