Geoquest USA, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager - Manufacturing in Franklin, KY. The role combines plant accounting supervision with corporate financial reporting, including monthly closes, P&L analysis, and budget coordination.

You will lead a small accounting team, ensure accurate cost tracking, and report to the CFO with actionable insights. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong Excel/ERP skills, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in work output.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience such as Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Plant Accountants and related tasks.
• Prepare Daily Scorecard and distribute to exec staff.
• Confirm weekly production revenue to projects.
• Review vendor invoices; perform monthly reconciliations.
• Analyze direct/overhead expenses vs. budget/forecast.
• Review inventory accounts and ensure process control.
• Perform monthly close, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Present monthly manufacturing results with CFO.
• Lead quarterly budget preparation for manufacturing.
• Capitalization of fixed assets and related docs.
• Maintain PO process and resolve discrepancies.
• Balance sheet reconciliations monthly.
• Provide ad-hoc management support as needed.
