Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in rail/rolling stock, automotive, or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong supplier negotiation, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ activities, supplier quotations, and commercial evaluations.
• Issue Purchase Orders and maintain ERP records.
• Coordinate procurement for production and project materials.
• Support supplier qualification and performance evaluation programs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
