The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of negotiating terms, resolving shortages, and taking ownership of issues impacting production. ERP/MRP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, materials planning, or sourcing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase parts, materials, and components to support daily manufacturing and production needs, including creating and managing multiple POs daily.
• Manage a high volume of parts, suppliers, and open orders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively follow up on orders, lead times, and deliveries to keep materials moving.
• Identify and resolve shortages, delays, and supply issues quickly to minimize impact to production.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Inventory, and other teams to prioritize material needs and support production schedules.
