Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy, and optimize manufacturing processes for customer products. You will lead full-process development for new items, driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements across programs.

You will implement customer roadmaps, apply DFX and DOE methods, and build robust process controls. Data-driven analysis will identify root causes and enable proactive communication of critical issues to management.

Qualifications

• Understanding and implementing the customer’s technical roadmap and related process development projects.
• Lead and implement development and release of full manufacturing process for new customer products.
• Provide feedback on customer technical requirements to team members and management.
• Develop and implement costed and optimized feedback using DFX tools and processes to reduce manufacturing cost and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead assessment of process applications using Design of Experiments.
• Devise process controls and data collection strategies and evaluate data to report yield and reliability.
• Diagnose root causes of product quality issues and communicate critical technical and business issues to management.
