Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the medical device industry and/or cleanroom environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or complex project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Engineers and foster continuous improvement.
• Resolve manufacturing challenges through engineering expertise and data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and related policies.
• Partner with Quality to drive CAPAs and corrective actions.
• Qualify and monitor manufacturing processes using validation and statistical tools.
• Establish and improve KPIs such as safety, quality, yield, and uptime.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives with ROI and timeline assessment.
• Support production operations, process transfers, and global collaboration.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and PFMEAs.
• Plan and execute engineering projects within budgets and schedules.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.
