CapstoneONE Search is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to support development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing processes at its Southwest Kentucky site. This high-visibility role collaborates with Operations, Engineering and other technical teams to move processes from development into production while enabling process improvement and equipment deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in continuous-process manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing capabilities.
• Support day-to-day operations focusing on safety, quality, reliability, throughput and cost.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data for continuous improvement and participate in capital projects and startup activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs and operating procedures.
