Job summary

Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take technical ownership of complex manufacturing processes and scale-up efforts at our Exeter facility. You will lead process improvements, define standards, and drive equipment and process upgrades to enable commercial-scale production.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, data-driven decision making, and the ability to operate with incomplete information while building manufacturing infrastructure for a new facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical performance and continuous improvement of critical manufacturing processes, driving measurable improvements in throughput, yield, reliability, quality, safety, and cost.
