Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a 500+ person manufacturing facility within a globally recognized organization, seeking an Engineering Manager to drive process control and continuous improvement across a complex operation. You will lead a team of process engineers, set goals and KPIs, monitor inputs and outputs, and implement SPC and real-time monitoring to reduce scrap and ensure quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams of engineers or process owners.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems in regulated manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors a team of process owners across key manufacturing processes.
• Defines goals and KPIs to improve control, reduce scrap and rework, and cut costs.
• Implements SPC and real-time monitoring to ensure process stability.
• Leads capital projects from concept through production release.
• Drives process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborates across sites to share best practices and maximize first-pass quality.
