Qualifications

• Experience writing SOPs, work instructions, and risk assessments.
• Experience with CAD software and 2D/3D layouts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations and develop procedures for Focus Factory (Distribution and Power Transformers).
• Collaborate with Focus Factory Manager and ITML to drive lean transformation and cost improvements.
• Lead Kaizen events and develop CAPEX justifications for equipment investments.
• Create and maintain process control plans, standard work, and capacity analyses.
• Oversee installation/commissioning of transformer manufacturing equipment and safety.
