Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize manufacturing processes for quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Lead development and release of full manufacturing process for new customer products.
• Translate customer technical requirements to actionable design and process plans.
• Develop costed and optimized feedback using DFX tools to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Plan and lead the assessment of process capability using DOE.
• Establish process controls and data collection; analyze data to diagnose root causes.
• Communicate critical technical and business issues to management.
