Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing process development in high-reliability environments.
• Experience creating detailed work instructions and process documentation.
• Experience with lean methods and standardized work.
• Experience with dispensing technologies and manual application optimization.
• CAD capability for assembly docs and tooling design.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manual assembly processes for high-volume production.
• Develop detailed work instructions and process documentation with visual aids.
• Engineer and optimize dispensing operations for adhesives and sealants.
• Provide lineside support to address deviations and maintain flow.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve processes.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production to ensure manufacturability.
• Evaluate process improvements to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Develop and validate process parameters and control limits.
• Support new product introductions from prototype to production.
• Participate in design reviews to provide manufacturing feedback.
• Utilize AS9100 standards to drive process development.
