Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager Facilities - Manufacturing Processes Support to lead the design, operation, and optimization of a 24x7 semiconductor manufacturing facility. You will supervise HVAC, cleanrooms, water treatment, gas distribution, and other critical infrastructure, ensuring ISO and NFPA compliance while driving reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing, a engineering degree, and strong PM skills. A PE license or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in cleanroom design, HVAC, process utilities, and environmental controls.
• Proven project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and maintenance of semiconductor facility systems such as HVAC, cleanrooms, water treatment, gas distribution, and electrical systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and longevity of facility systems.
• Coordinate tool installation projects in line with production requirements and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance to trades and collaborate with contractors and suppliers.
