You will monitor workload, capacity, and resource utilization, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and delivery performance, with SAP-based reporting and KPI management.

• Lead weekly planning reviews with key stakeholders.
• Gather demand and translate into plans and execution steps.
• Perform monthly workload and capacity analyses for decisions.
• Monitor performance and escalate risks affecting delivery.
• Drive SAP reporting, dashboards, and planning tools.
• Manage schedule baselines, forecasts and governance.
• Report planning KPIs: schedule adherence, capacity, backlog.
