Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Manager- Production Planning Supervisor in Byhalia, MS to coordinate the production control department, manage schedules, and optimize capacity using Lean principles of one-piece flow and level loading.

Requirements include 5-7 years in manufacturing, a BA in management or supply chain, and CPIM/APICS certification is a plus; familiarity with SAP, COPICS, Barcode, Trace, and QCBD is preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a manufacturing environment.
• BA degree in management, supply chain or equivalent.
• APICS CPIM certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP, COPICS, Barcode, Trace, QCBD and MRP systems.
• Experience with sequential pull systems and production sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production control activities and schedule materials.
• Balance capacity with demand to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Drive lean schedules and level loading in a high-volume setting.
• Audit production control processes for discipline and gaps.
• Lead safety, quality, and operations planning meetings.
• Coach others in problem solving and performance improvement.
