Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or production planning.
• 3+ years in workload planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, or operational coordination.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in production planning, directly managing a portion of the planning workload.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly workload plans to support warehouse and operational execution.
• Create, review, and maintain routings and standard work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Serve as primary resource and escalation point for production planning activities.
• Prioritize workloads based on customer demand, capacity constraints, and operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to Customer Service, Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
