• Must understand manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
• Ability to create and read production reports for planning decisions.
• Strong math and reading skills (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Proficient with computers and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production specifications to determine processes, tools, and staffing needs.
• Maintain material flow and align production with schedules.
• Prepare work orders and adjust plans for material or labor shortages.
• Coordinate with Sales, Materials, and Shipping to align demand and orders.
• Reprioritize and reschedule tasks to meet urgent orders.
• Release PPAPs with Quality and Engineering as applicable.
• Maintain daily Delivery Schedule and flag potential delays.
