The Manufacturing Engineer develops, implements and analyzes manufacturing plans, tools and systems, coordinating with internal and external customers to transfer processes and ensure cost effectiveness. Bachelors’ degree with 0–2 years experience, or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree, plus RCCA, PFMEA and APQP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• Preference for RCCA, PFMEA and APQP experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
• Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
• Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.
• Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
• Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.
