Qualifications

• Robust background in manufacturing processes and planning.
• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• CAD and ERP familiarity; strong problem-solving and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
• Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
