L3Harris Technologies, Camden, AR, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on manufacturing planning to join our team. You will develop detailed plans, collaborate with design and production, and drive efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, lean manufacturing experience, and a degree. Strong problem-solving, communication, and CAD/ERP proficiency are required to contribute to safe, compliant, and scalable

Qualificações

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant engineer experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related engineer experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related engineer experience.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on manufacturing planning.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans.
Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
