Job summary

Blue Origin LLC seeks a seasoned supply chain planner to support JARVIS Team operations. This hands-on role focuses on welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, and testing of large tooling and launch infrastructure.

Strong planning, scheduling, MRP, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to meet production commitments. You will coordinate materials, release work orders, manage shop flow, and collaborate with engineering, warehousing, procurement and quality to keep parts on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling or planning.
• Experience with MRP and cross functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and MES in MRP execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing schedule and coordinate material flow.
• Release and reconcile shop orders in the MRP system.
• Provide status on work in progress and material availability.
• Prepare work orders based on MRP, master production schedule and shop load.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, operations, purchasing and engineering.
• Expedite movement of parts and manage shipping requests.
• Implement material stocking strategies and monitor floor stock.
• Interface with multiple departments as needed.
